American Revolution:

pre-play:
We wanted to play as the british. We were thinking that it would be best. Our strategy is that we seek out thee enemy and kill. were not sure if it will work but were giving it a try.

during play:
So far our strategy has been working. It is really simple to carry. No problems so far. We now have open borders with Spain. Were hoping to ask them to help in the war, no luck so far. We keep dying. Whats up with that? Spain and France's soldiers have joined with George Washington. This stinks. At least we have control of the oceans.

post-play:
Were thinking that we should have been the americans but were still going to try our best. We were currently trying to take over new orleans.

Nov. 3rd

Pre play:
Last week we forgot to save out game/we couldn't find it in the saved folder. So, we started the game over. We knew we were going to mess anyway. We still are playing as the british. Our new plan is to establish some barracks in every city. We want to train our soldiers to the highest extent. We think it should work.

During play:
We keep dying!!!! We are starting to think we should have been the americans after all. We got killed 6 americans. We seem to have an advantage with americans on horses. We've killed every one. That seems to be good. Moses, King Carlos's leader in New Orleans, is sneaking up on us. But, we never gave Spain open borders. There are also banana trees in the forest?

Post-play:

Nov. 9th:

pre-play:
We haven't been able to access our game after we thought we saved it. So every time, we have started over. This time were playing as the Americans. We also accidentally started at the noble level so it's more difficult. Thats okay, we just need more strategy. We're hoping to use the same plan. We want to do the plan behind the British's eye.

during play:
We tried to kill a British, but he was way too strong and we didn't know, so we died. We have to be more observant next tie we attack. our strongest person has a 15 strength. Right now we're trying to get stronger. King Carlos said, "cautions to use." NOOOTTT good. The french like us. We want to keep it that way. To make sure they like us, we agreed to open our borders if they did the same.

post-play:
Were gaining strength in the game just like we wanted. The Brits have gotten stronger, but so have we! We mostly focused on gaining strength and alliances. We hope it will work in the future because we are going to take extra care when we save our game today. Were going to save it as, "TEAM2A." I put that there just in case we forgot it. :) King George just won by a score victory with 10 turns left.

Dec. 6th

pre-play:
This time around, we are going to explore news lands and focus on making our cities stronger. To make our cities stronger we will build things in them such as hospitals, jails, banks, ect...

during play:
The french made peace with Britain. We built a hospital in Savannah to make the city stronger, but the British took control of it! Also, we have been exploring. In my opinion, (Lizzi) this is a useless tactic. It could be helpful though, but I doubt it. We just got a notification that the British are regularly receiving new units from Europe. That only makes them stronger and harder to defeat.

post play:
Next time we play the game, we all agree it is a good idea to focus on our soldiers individually. We need to make them stronger and stronger so they can defend out cities. By the end of the game when we ran out of turns, we only had four cities left. I realized that a lot of people in this group still do not know how to work the game. Three of us are still confused!

Pre-play;
we started our game over again. We plan on putting our soldiers in attack when necessary.

During play:
Some of out citizens are remaining loyal to Britain. That's not nice. Spain just asked for open borders! We accepted without hesitation. Now Spain wants to declare war on King George. YES! The British are killing us when we are on the seas. Our navy is not so good. Were trying to add strength to our solders. Thomas Paine just published him famous pamphlet, Common Sense. That added tons of support for the colonists. thats awesome! Were thinking that it will be a good idea to blow up the farms, food sources, and any other things they need to live. The Spain (+15) and France (+20). that should help out immensely! We developed provincial government, whatever that means... right now were trying to takeover Boston. Were attacking them one by one to wear then down. We officially declared war on British. France (+30) and Spain (+20). We now have 100,000,000 in America!

post-play:
Were going to continue to use our new strategy. Attacking their farms and food sources. Were adding continental regulars in every city to gain strength. so far were doing very well! Finally! We haven't done this well before!
